We don't have a shuttle service, but we can book cabs with fixed fares for your return.

Yes, we offer wifi throughout the establishment and the password is: “ilovecasati".

What are the check-in and check-out times at Casati Hotel?

Arrivals are after 2:00 p.m. It is however possible to register before. As for check-out; rooms must be returned by 11 a.m.

Does Casati Hotel have a restaurant on site?

The only dining area we offer is the breakfast room. but because of our location you will find a good restaurant a few steps away.

Does the Casati hotel offer a smoking area?

Please note that we are a non-smoking hotel. It is strictly prohibited to smoke in rooms and public areas. It’s only allowed outside of the hotel.

What are the breakfast times?

Our breakfast opens from 7am to 10am on weekdays and from 8am to 11am at weekends.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Yes, all breakfasts are included in the room rate.

What are the Tuktuk bar opening hours?

The bar is open from 6pm to midnight every day in winter, but is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in summer

When can I use the gym and sauna?

The gym and sauna are open from 6am to 10pm. Year-round. Please ask 1 hour in advance at reception to turn on the sauna.

When can I have my room cleaned?

Your room is cleaned daily. For a longer stay your linen will be changed every third day. To request daily change, extra pillow or iron, please get in touch with Reception.

Do you offer parking at Hotel Casati?

The hotel does not have a garage, but there are parking houses close to the hotel, and you can also park on the street for an hourly fee.

Are there any additional charges for room service or minibar usage?

The only extra charge is a mini bar and Tuktuk, free coffee and tea is included for all of our guests.
